Debrah Dyck serves as director of business development for Sperry Van Ness Visions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. She has over 14 years of real estate industry experience. After beginning her began real estate career as a residential sales agent for Re/Max Realty, she moved into the world of Mortgage and worked with Countrywide Home Loans for several years. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, she served as the Team Leader for an 80-person office of Keller Williams Realty.

As the director of business development, Dyck enjoys supporting the Steve Fithian Team by identifying and recruiting key talent to the team. She works closely with Fithian and the support staff by assisting with team positioning strategies and coordination for marketing events and regional broker forums. It is her goal to help build a team that will be able to handle any lead type with ease and impeccable service.

Dyck earned a Bachelor of Arts in of marketing from Georgia State University.
