Kenneth F. Wimberly serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial, specializing in land sales, site selection, syndications, and the sales and leasing of office property throughout Tarrant County, Texas. With more than five years of commercial real estate experience, Wimberly has secured over 75 transactions resulting in a brokerage volume in excess of $31 million.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Wimberly founded and served as president of a real estate development and investment firm, Noble Crest Capital, Inc. (NCC) in Mansfield, Texas. NCC is currently developing a 52,000 +/- square foot office complex the Walnut Creek Country Club golf course in Mansfield, Texas. Previously Wimberly served as an agent for Ritter and Associates Real Estate, specializing in land sales. Wimberly served his country as an aircrew member flying aboard EP-3E aircraft as a CTR (cryptologist technician - Morse code) for the United States Navy, stationed in Misawa, Japan.

Wimberly is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. Additionally, he is serving as the 2008 Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Society of Commercial Realtors in Fort Worth. He is active in his community and volunteers his time as a "Big" in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.
