Lance Day serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of multifamily property in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. In less than two years, Day has successfully closed over $10 million in real estate sales.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Day served as president for Wonder Funding II, LLC, a finance company that provides short-term, interim financing for single family home, duplex, and 4-plex rehabilitation.

With 10 years of real estate experience, Day’s career highlights include: bringing over 125 properties in disrepair from purchase through renovation, marketing and resale for a profit during 1995 to 1998; building a mortgage business that grew from 1 to 22 employees in two years, originating an excess of $52 million in loans; and servicing a $30 million portfolio.

Active in the commercial real estate industry, Day is a CCIM candidate, as well as member of the Fort Worth Board of Realtors and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Day studied finance at the University of Texas, Arlington.
