Mike Nix, CCIM serves as a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Nix specializes in income and investment properties with a focus on multifamily and office. Nix also has experience in retail, warehouse, land and tenant representation.

Prior to joing Sperry Van Ness, Nix worked with REMAX Commercial as a commercial broker. He earned numerous production awards and was inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame.

Active in the industry, Nix is a member of the Nationals Association of REALTORS, North Texas CCIM Chapter, Society of Commercial REALTORS and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. In addition, Nix is active in the community as a Rotarian.

Nix hold the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned a BA in Political Science and an MBA with an emphasis in accounting and finance.
