Scott Henderson serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of multifamily property in the Dallas Fort Worth area. With 24 years of commercial real estate experience, he has closed over 85 transactions with a sales volume exceeding $100 million.

Prior to joining as an affiliate of Sperry Van Ness, Henderson served as senior investment advisor for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate as an independent broker focusing on multifamily property. While there he was the chairman for Coldwell Banker’s National Multifamily Housing Group, representing private investors to large public and private financial institutions.

Previously, Henderson gained experience in several aspects of the multifamily industry serving with The Alliance Realty Group, now L.J. Hooker International’s Investment Division. Kelley, Lundeen, and Crawford Real Estate where he achieved first runner-up for the Top Producer award in 1992; the Hank Dickerson Company’s Investment Division; and the Foundation Properties, Inc. where he obtained his Series 22 license and became a Registered Representative of the firm.

Henderson is a licensed Texas real estate broker and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from North Texas State University.
