Tim Adams serves as a property manager for Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial in Fort Worth, Texas. Adams began his career in commercial real estate management more than four years ago and brings his extensive knowledge of property management to the Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial Management team.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Adams was with Frontline Property Management, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX. Adams’ responsibilities at Frontline included multifamily and commercial management. Previously, Adams served in an executive position with a privately-held, Fortune 500 firm, leading division exporting materials and construction technology to Japan for construction of U.S. type homes. Adams also has an extensive background in logistics solutions for the automotive, defense electronics and food processing industries.

Adams earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
