Joy Jenkins serves an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial selling and overseeing investment property sales that include office, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Jenkins excelled in previous business development roles, focusing on new business and the ability to close and drive new revenue. She always maintained the top 10% of national sales force in previous sales roles and was awarded Rookie of the Year at Lexis-Nexis and Mentor Award as well as Numerous Circle of Excellence and Award trips for outstanding sales performance.

Active in the commercial real estate industry, Jenkins is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Society of Commercial Realtors (SCR) of Fort Worth and both the Dallas and Fort Worth Chapters of CREW.

Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Career Arts with Focus on Music and Paralegal Certificate from UT El Paso in El Paso, Texas.
